Here is a proper post for sweet Jackson – he was so good natured (and hungry!!). I predict a big, chubby baby boy in just a few months with the way this guy was eating at just 6 days! Precious little guy, first baby, pretty light, laid back parents… just the way I like everything to go. : )

meet jackson at 6 days. his hair is awesome, his blue eyes are awesome, his spunky little personality is awesome. he wanted to wish everyone a happy easter – hope this makes you smile!

I went to my son’s first baseball game this week, camera in hand, but little did I know that there was a tiny wildflower patch just behind the fields. I took some impromptu shots of sweet Willa and her gorgeous little friend Katherine while they played… : )

Little Julius, at 5 days old here, is one of the youngest little ones I have photographed, but at 8 lbs 13 oz, 21.5 in, and over a week past his due date, he was already a little bruiser. And big brother Luca was hilarious and independent and darling all at the same time. Their wonderfully sweet mom was my son’s kindergarten teacher last year and is a celebrity around the Neely household – we are some of her biggest fans, although there are probably many other Lakewood families who would consider themselves the same. : ) Here’s a peek at some of my favorites from our session!

Miss Riley, what a sweetie. When she was awake, she was so alert, and she gave me some of the most incredible eye contact for a newborn! And when she slept she was so good for me. I have been shooting a lot of firstborns lately and it is just so sweet to see a new mom and dad enjoying their new little one. I enjoyed meeting you all!
